Dan Kunaprayoon, M.D.

Dr. Kunaprayoon is a graduate of the University of Maryland and received his M.D. from the University of Maryland. After his internship in internal medicine at Cornell and Memorial Sloan-Kettering, Dr. Kunaprayoon completed his residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Cincinnati, where he was named Chief Resident. He also completed a fellowship in proton therapy and advanced radiation modalities at the University of Maryland where he also served as clinical faculty.

Dr. Kunaprayoon has published and presented on several topics including lung cancer, chordomas, ocular melanoma, stereotactic radiosurgery, stereotactic body radiotherapy, and proton therapy. He has extensive experience in advanced radiation techniques, including proton therapy. He has won several awards and grants from the American Society for Radiation Oncology and American College of Radiation Oncology, and has presented his work at national and international meetings.
